I. General Provisions
- 1.1
These Regulations set rules for the usage by the user (referred to as “Users”) of services provided electronically on the website, located at privacyprotector.eu (the “Services”).
- 1.2
Provider of services is EMBT Ltd., Gromadzka 66, 30-719 Krakow, Poland, entered in the register kept by the court District Court for the Krakow Center in Krakow, Department of Economic Xl the National Court Register, KRS 0000338484, NIP: 679-301-93-38.
- 1.3
These Regulations are the rules referred to in Article. 8 of the Act of 18 July 2002 on electronic services (Journal of Laws No. 144 item. 1204).
II. Usage of the Service
- 2.1
Services are provided using the system service provider.
- 2.2
Provided services include:
- providing access to content on the Service Provider, including product information service providers;
- performing system scan of users privacy (PrivacyProtector Scanner service).
- 2.3
Services provided are intended for all users using the service privacyprotector.eu.
- 2.4
Services are provided free of charge.
- 2.5
Recipient is required to use the Services in compliance with the mandatory provisions of law, including the rights of third parties.
III. Data protection and privacy
- 3.1
The Service Provider do not process, nor share for marketing purposes data provided by privacyprotector.eu site visitors.
- 3.2
The data indicating the user’s computer system, obtained through analysis of server logs (IP address, domain) are used only for analytical and statistical purposes.
- 3.3
The Service Provider that archives information related to the use of the Service solely for statistical purposes. Archived information does not include user identification data such as e-mail addresses, personal data, or other similar information.
- 3.4
When using the Services in the User’s computer system are not permanently installed with cookies or other software components used by the Service.
- 3.5
The Service Provider advises that all information provided under the scanner of service privacy are obtained by standard and accepted techniques of communication between the browser and HTTP server user. All of the technologies used by the Service Provider in the provision of services does not use security holes, backdoors or installed without the user’s knowledge of software components (Trojan horses, rootkits).
- 3.6
The service provider states that he never solicited, not producing and not to raise any passwords, access codes and other confidential information relating to Users
using the Services. Your service provider asks you to be informed by e-mail address: office@privacyprotector.eu for insights that someone claiming to be an administrator Provider, is trying to collect such information.
IV. Liability of Service Providers
- 4.1
The Service Provider that the service scanner Privacy is only for illustrative purposes only and demonstration. Because of the technologies used by the Service Provider does not warrant or guarantee a certain level of security and privacy of user data communications system, as well as the lack of availability for remote communication systems of other information that may violate or threaten the privacy of the user.
- 4.2
The Service Provider shall endeavor to ensure that the use of the Service was possible for users of all popular types of computers, operating systems and browsers, however, does not warrant and is not responsible for the ability and effectiveness in the use of the Service in their use.
- 4.3
The Service Provider shall endeavor to ensure that each time, continuous and full availability of the Service, does not guarantee, however, does not correspond to
its availability and reserves the right to modify, revoke, suspend, or discontinue any functionality or features in any of the Services at any time. - 4.4
The Service Provider that the change, withdrawal, suspension or interruption of any function or property services do not require prior notice.
- 4.5
The Service Provider shall not be liable for any damages caused by improper use of the Service, in particular due to the use of the Service or any other user in contravention of the provisions of these Regulations.
- 4.6
The Service Provider is not responsible for problems in the use of the Service, if they occurred as a result of events which service provider due diligence was not able to foresee, or which could not prevent and random events of force majeure.
V. Complaints
- 5.1
Any complaint regarding the Service should be reported to e-mail address: support@privacyprotector.eu.
- 5.2
The complaint should include at least: name, e-mail address and mailing address of the complaining party, as well as detailed description and reason for complaint.
- 5.3
Complaints shall be handled bythe Service Provider immediately upon receipt thereof, in order of receipt.
- 5.4
The method of handling complaint, the person making the complaint shall be notified in the manner in which the complaint was filed, or by mail to the address specified in the complaint.
VI. Final Provisions
- 6.1
You may at any time terminate your use of the Service.
- 6.2
Service Provider reserves the right to temporary or permanent exclusion from the use of the service users who flagrantly or persistently violate the provisions of these Regulations.
- 6.3
Provider reserves the right to amend these Rules at any time. You will be informed of the changes introduced by the message contained on the site privacyprotector.eu.
- 6.4
The law applicable to the obligations under the Terms of the Polish law.
